We like to think of ourselves as the artisans of event lighting, the lighting company that takes a handcrafted approach to our Edison displays, the individuals that pay special attention to details like fabric uplight covers — handmade right here in super sunny California. We’re a small business with a big vision and tons of creativity ready to be unleashed on your event.

Our history runs deep with a passion for lighting and a belief that storytelling is possible with the use of light. Our core values include:

Meet “Mr. Lighting Guy” aka the Owner

“Hello! My name is Daniel Banuelos and I’ve been in the industry for just about a decade. I graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.A. in Theatrical Lighting which gave me the opportunity to design fashion shows to theatrical performances. Shortly thereafter, I began working for one of the largest companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. I had the opportunity to design events for clients like Google, Intel, Zynga, and many more. This led to the realization that I wanted to create my own event lighting company, a family really, of passionate designers such as myself focused on design, creativity, and the art of lighting.
